1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the InternHunt platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including students, job seekers, employers, course instructors, and visitors. By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age or have parental consent.

2. User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post false, inaccurate, misleading, or deceptive content.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its related systems.
• Use any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers" to access the Platform.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform.

InternHunt reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision.

4. Internships & Jobs

For Students/Job Seekers

InternHunt connects students and job seekers with internship and job opportunities. While we strive to ensure the quality of opportunities posted on our Platform, we do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of job descriptions or employer information.
• That you will receive an interview or job offer.
• The conduct or performance of any employer.

For Employers

Employers posting opportunities on InternHunt agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about the opportunity.
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding recruitment, hiring, and employment.
• Not discriminate against any applicant based on race, religion, gender, age, or any other protected characteristic.
• Respond to applications in a timely and professional manner.

5. Courses & Payments

Course Enrollment

When you enroll in a course on InternHunt, you agree to:

• Complete the course requirements to receive certification.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of course instructors.
• Not share course materials with unauthorized third parties.

Payments & Refunds

Course fees are clearly displayed before purchase. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no more than 20% of the course has been completed. For placement-guaranteed courses, refund terms are specified in the course description.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the InternHunt Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of InternHunt or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of InternHunt, except for your personal, non-commercial use.

Course materials provided by instructors remain the intellectual property of the respective instructors. You may not share, resell, or distribute course materials without explicit permission.

7. Termination

InternHunt may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform or contact us to request account deletion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. InternHunt makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform, or the information, content, and materials included on the Platform.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information on the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InternHunt and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Any content obtained from the Platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to InternHunt in the past twelve months, or one hundred rupees (₹100), whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InternHunt and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Platform.
• Your violation of any term of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to Terms

InternHunt reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Platform.
